court Tuesday morningwhen the damage suit brat by Delia Sewell vs John Shumacher and L L Quaintance will comeup for trial Mr Shufnaeher had a county con tract to strip a gravel pit located threefourths of a mile east of Floyd and Quaintance was a truck driver employed by him Mrs Sewell claims that onJuly 31 of this year shewas riding with her husband C M Sewell up a steep hill a half mile north of Floyd when a truck driven by Quaintance passed their car but was unable to go to thetop and then rolled backward Into the Sewel car This caused Mr Sewell to lose control of his
