Cost of Modernizing One of the early questions thai rises in the minds of the home owner who contemplates moderniz ation is that of costs What will it cost me to modern ize my home is the question that is constantly raised The answer to such a question logically depends on the condition of the home its size the amount of modernizing to be done and other subjects of similar nature Old Houses Require Greater Expenditure Obviously the house that was built back in the gay nineties when many of the common conveniences of today were unknown will re quire a greater expenditure of money than the
