fellowmen It closes no door upon changes in our constitutional govern ment proud as we have a right to be of the most successful nation bulldlns in history America Means Progress The term American has come to mean progress not only to us but to all the world America has built swift ly and built well The foundations of our national entity are secure but they must not be forgotten nor dis regarded peared before tha board of revlow at the Chamber of Commerce Wednesday evening and successfully passed the review which will entitle them to ap pear before the public Court of Hon or to bo held Sunday at Pilot Knob for their Second class and First Class badges The board of review Is for the pur pose of equalizing and standardising second class and first class examine tions Merit badge scouts are not re quired to go before the board of re view aa each merit badge is given by an expert examiner Made Up of Eight The boarjl of review last evening was made up Charles H Crumb scout leader troop 7 J made up of troop committees with all board of reviews requiring the same type examination from the scouts 14 Pass Tests The following scouts successfully passed the board ot review Wearies day evening
