Leal is officially the newest elected member of KokomoCenter School 2404 Berkley has been declared by Grant Cir cuit Court Judge Thomas Hunt to be eligible for the board seat he failed to get in the May 3 He will replace Paul William Bar Sycamore who was elected to the board in that Barretts election was deemed void in a court ruling Leal Barrett does not meet the residency requirements of Indiana Code section 38134 by his own admis Hunt said in his written deci That state law requires school board candi dates to live in their districts at least one year prior to the election in which
