conspiracy and jury in the Ellsberg break-in case U.S District Judge Gerhard A Gesell set to five-year sentences to run concurrently for each of the three criminal counts for which Ehrlichman was convicted G Gordon Liddy a member of the White House plumbers unit which carried off the break-in was given a sentence but it is to run parallel with other sentences handed Liddy in the original
