building codes and fire code requirements that must be taken care City of Ukiah Planning Director Bob Sawyer said We cannot allow them to set up an opera tion of this sort until all those requirements certain Sawyer As a secondary Sawyer he also informed Ford Street Project Director Mark Rohloff that a local ordinance requires the Planning Commission to issue a use permit before any facility can be used for a large assembly of Sawyer said the citys ordinance is rather accommodating when it comes to planning and He said the city is in port of the homeless The codes are not a bureaucratic maze of
