The Divan continues to give all necJfTary orders for re-efhblifhing our Affairs, which was fo much difor-dered during the late War, and two* Lieutenant Ge-1 nerals and a Commiffioner of the Janizaries havebten ' banilhed into fome Iflands of the Archipelago, for uttering reflecting' words upon the Government, in relation' to the Peace.   The Ambaffador of Venice has not yet been able to adjuft with the Port the difference between them and his Matters, about the Foi-trefs of Ghbuck in r>almatia, which has put a flop to the fettling of the Limits on that fide.  The Turks al-ledge, that by the 9th and loth Article of the Treaty of Carlomtz, it is exprefly ftipulated, that the pafiage from Bofnia to Ragufa mail not only be free, but that all obftacles that may obftruft the frberty of the lame ihall be removed, and 'tis pretended on their fide, that by vertue of the faid Articles, the Fortrefs of Cloluck ought to be demolifhed, feeing the Venetians by the means of it, may at any time difturb and inrercept the Conimunicati&n between Ragufa and the Ottoman Empire.  The Venetians are not willing to conde-fcend thereunto, but the Port feems refolved to compel them to it by Arms. Hamburg, February 22.
