N'E of the King's Meflengers, dif-patched by the Duke of Bedford, arrived here this Morning with fche Ratifications of their Moft Chriftian, and Catholick Majefties, of the Preliminary Articles figned the. 3d Inftant^ which were exchanged �with his Grace, the aid, at Verfailles, by the Minifters Plenipotentiary of Thofe Princes, againft THofe of His Majefty. Upon which Occafwn the, Tower and Park Guns were immediately fired. Wejiminfler^ November 1$* THIS Day ^His Majefty came to the Houfe of Peers, and being in His Royal Robes feated on the Throne with the tifual Solemnity, Sir Septimus Robinfon, Knt. Gentleman Uflier of the Black Rod, was fent ivith a MeiTage from His Majefty to the Houfe of-Commons, commanding their Attendance in the Houfe of Peers. The Commons being come thither accordingly^ His Majefty was pleafed fo. make tile following moft gracious Speech : fyfLards, 'attd^Cf^Kthmn, IFound, on my Acceffion to the Throne, thefe My Kingdoms engaged fti a bioody and expensive Wat.
