ATthe Court at St. James's, the 17th Day of November) i?6z, PRESENT, The KING'S moil Excellent Majefty in Council. -^ HIS Day the Right Honourable James Lord Tyrawly was, by His Majefty's Command, fworn of His Majefty's moil Honourable Privy-CounciL. and took, his Place at the Board accordingly. AT the Court at St. James's, the zzd of Ar<?-<vember, 1762, PRESENT, The KING'S moll: Excellent Majefty in Council. THIS Day his Grace George Duke of Marlborough, Lord Chamberlain of His Majefty's Houfehold, the Right Honourable Hugh Earl of Marchmont,. and the Right Honourable Hugh Earl of Northumberland, Lord Chamberlain to Her Majefty the Queen, were, by His Majefty's Command, ftvorn of His Majefty's moil Honourable Privy Council, and took their Places at the Board accordingly. ^T the Court at St. James's, the 17th of November, 1762, PRESENT, The KING's mod Excellent Majefty in Council. WHEREAS His Majefty was pleafed, by His Order in Council of the 17th of September jaftj to direct, That the feveral Bounties therein ir.eniioned, mould continue to be paid.to every Able and Ordinary Seaman, ard Able Bodied Landman, who fhould voluntarily enter themfelves to ferve in His Majefty's Navy on or before the Thirtieth Day of this Inftant November: And alfo, that the Rewards therein mentioned, for difcovering Able and Ox dinary .Seamen, who mould fecret themfelves, mould iikewife continue.to be paid to any Perfon who fhould difcover fuch Seamen, fo that fuch Seaman or Seamen fhould be taken for His Majefty's Service - His Majefty having this Day taken the (aid Oidt-r into Confederation, is pleafed, by and with the Advice of His Privy-Council, to declare, That the faid Bounties and Rewards fhall frqm henceforth ceafe, determine, and be no longer paid or payable, any Thing therein contained to the Contrary notwithftanding. Whereof all Perfons concerned are to take Notice and govern'themfelves accordingly. Hen. Fane. St. James's, November za. The-following Addrefs of the Magiilrates and Town Council of the Burgh of Fortrofe, has been prefented to His Majefty by Sir Alexander Grant, Barr. their Reprefentative in Parliament, being introduced by the Lord of His Majefty's Bed-Chamber in Waiting : Which Addrefs His Majefty was pleafed to receive very gracioufly. To the King's moil Excellent Majefty, The humble Addrefs of the Magiilrates and Town Council of the Burgh of Fortrofe, in Council alTembled. Mofi gracious Sovereign, THough their great Diftance from the Royal Reiidence does not permit them to embrace [ Price Three-pence. ] the returning happy Occafions of approaching the Throne fo early as many other Communities, /ouf Majefty's moil loyal and moil dutiful Subjects, the Magiftrates and Town Council of Fortrofe, yielding' to none of their FellowrSubjefts in the moil affectionate and zealous Attachment to the beft of Kings, humbly beg Leave to prefent to your Majefty, (by the Hands of Sir Alexander Grant, Bart. Provofi of this Burgh) our warmeft and moil dutiful Congratulations on the(Birth.of the Prince of Wales; ari Event attended with peculiar Circumilances of rhoir. happy Omen. The Morning Sun, which faw your Majefty and J your Royal Confort bleffed with this firft Pledge of mutual Love, beheld, e'er Noon, the Treafures of your unprovoked Enemy carried in triumphant Pro-ceflion through the Streets of ydur Capital ; and next Day's Sun darted down his, almoft, perpendicular Rays upon your Royal Standard, planted, by the perfevering and united Ardor of your gallant Land and Sea Forces, on the Walls of the Havannah: A Conqueft of the greatelt Confequence to Britain, and which refle&s the brighter! Glory on ^our Ma-' jelly's Meafures, Minifters, and Arms. May the fame kind Providence continue to diredl and proiper them, until your Majefty be fully enabled to^give Peace, the moil deiirable Bleiiing, to a grateful People, and to the bleeding Nations. May the Almighty preferye the Roya] Infant, and watch over his tender Years : May he be trained up a lailing Bluffing to your Majefty, to our amiable Queen, to the Britiih Dominions, to the Proteftant Intereit, and to the Liberties of Mankind. Houfioun, Prefesv The following Addrefs of the Mayor, Recorder, Aldermen, Town Clerk, and Capital Burgeiles of the Town or Borough of Stamford, in the County of Lincoln, has been prefented to His Majefty by the Earl of Exeter, their Recorder, being introduced, by the Lord of His Majefty's Bed-Chamber in Waiting: Which Addrefs His Majefty was pleafcd to receive very gracioufly. To the King's moil Excellent Majeily, The humble Addrefs of the Mayor, ' Recorder, Aldermen, Town.Clerk, and Capital BargefTes of the Town or Borough of Stamford; in the County of Lincoln.
