James's, the 17th Day of Septemberi lj6z, PRESENT; The KING's moft Excellent Majefty in Council. rHEREAS His Majefty was pleafed, by His Order in Council of the 2d of April laft, to direct That the Bounties of Six Pounds for every able Seaman, arid of Three. Pounds for. every ordinary Seaman, mould continue. td.be paid to every fuch -able and ordinary Seaman^ not above the. Age of Fifty, nor under the.A^e .'pf*' Eighteen Years, who fhould, 6n or 'fceforfc Ahe 31 ft.'Day of May laft, voluntarily enter them^fijves to ferve in His Majefty's Navy, either with the Captains or Lieutenants ^of His Majefty's Snips, or the Chief Officers on Board fuch Tenders as mould be employed for raifing'Men for the Service of His Majefty's Royal Navy : And al'fo that the Bounty of Thirty.Shillings fhould be continued to be paid to every able bodied Landman not above the Age of Thirty Five, nor under the Age of Eighteen Years, who fhould, on qi* before the faid 31ft Day of May laft, voluntarily enter themfelves in like Manner to ferve in His Majefty's Royal Navy ; and that a Reward of .Five Pounds for every able, and of Two.Pounds*Tfc�. Shillings for every ordinary Seaman, fhould continue to be paid to. any Perfon who fhould difcover any Seaman or Seamen who may fecret. them-felves, fo that fuch Seaman or Seamen Jhould be taken for His Majefty's Taid Service, on or-before the faid thirty-firft Day of May laft.-- Arid whereas the Time limited for paying the faid. Bounties and Rewards hath been continued" and extendedto the 30th of this Inftant September; And it being judged expedient for His Majefty's Service, that The fame fhould be continued for fome Time longer; His Majefty,' with the Advice of His Privy Council, doth therefore order, and it is hereby accordingly ordered, that the Time limited for Payment of the faid Bounties and Rewards, be.prolonged and extended from the faid 30th Day of this Inftant September, to the 30th Day of November, next. And that the faid Bounties and Rewards be paid in the Manner directed by His Majefty's aforementioned Order in Council of the 2d of April laft- Whereof all Perfons concerned are to take Noticej. and govern themfelves accordingly.
