WHEREAS the Time limited by His Ma-jefty's Order in Council of the 19th of O&ober laft, for prohibiting the Exporting but of this Kingdom, or "carrying Coaftwife, Gunpowder, Salt Petre, or any Sort of Arms or Ammunition, will exr pire upon the 29th Day of this Inftabt April-.And whereas it is judged expedient for His Majefty's Ser* vice, and the Safety of this Kingdom, that the faid Prohibition fhonld be continued for fome longerTime J His Majefty doth therefore, by and with the Adrice of Hb Privy Council, hereby Order, Require, Prohibit and Command, That no Perfon or Perfons whatfoever (except the Matter General, Lieutenant General, or Principal Officers of the Ordnance for His Majefty's Service) do, at any Time, during the Space of Six Months, to commence from the'faid 23th Day of this Inftant April, prefume to tranfport' info any Parts out of this Kingdom, or carry Coaftwife, any Gunpowder, Salt Petre, or any Sort of Arms or AmWnitioa, or feip or iadranyGunpowder, 3aJ:Pet^ v any_ Sort of Arms or Ammunitionton Board any Ship "or Veflel, in order to tranfporring th Parts bsyond the Seas, *or carrying wife, .without Leave or Permiffion in that Behalf firft obtained,from His Majefty, or His Privy Coandl, upon Pain of incurring and fuffering the refpe&ive Forfeitures and Penalties irifliaed by aa Aft paffed in the Twenty Ninth Year of His late Majefty's Reign, entkoled, " An Aa to impower His Majefty to pro-�( hibit the Exportation of Salt Petre, and to enforce the Law for im powering His Majefty to prohibit " the Exportation of Gunpowder, or _any S ay of Marchjafti enter th Majefty > Royal Navy, either with the Captains or Lieutenants of His Majefty's Ship, or the Chief OiRcers on Board fuch Tenders as ihould be employedfor Railing Men for the Service of the Royal Nayy:that a Bounty jjf Thirty Shilling ihould be paid to every Able-bodied Landman, not above the Ag^rbf Thirty-five, nor under the Age of Eighteen^' -T^ars, who. AS His Majefty was gracioufly pleafed, by His Royal Proclamation bearin Date the Second Day of February laft, to Promife and Declare (aaiongft other Things) That the Boun-' 'ties^of Six Pounds for every Able Seaman^ and of; Three Pounds 'for every Ordinary Seaman, fhouW, jje paid to every fuch Able and Ordinary Seaman,, not above the Age of Fifty, nor under the Age of immediately upon their Enuing, by the Officers, employed in Raifing Meh.for His Majefty'sTleet, with whom fuch Seamen auctljaEd* men fhall refpeftively enter ; and where there is not any Regulating Officer, 'by. the Clerk of the Cheque or.
