position which has consistently been one of negotiation and compromise throughout the existence of the authority in over ten 10 For all concerned we would like to point out the following facts The Northern Blair County Regional Sewer Authority was formed and the system was designed to serve Snyder Antis Township and Bellwood At a very sizable the sewer lines in the ground were sized to accommodate present and future growth for all of these municipal areas pursuant to the Blair County Regional The system was financed and approved contemplating the addition of Bellwood Borough and extensions into both Snyder and Antis The Northern Blair County Regional Sewer Authority is a merger of common of Tyrone Antis Township and Snyder having been formed by a resolution of all three The nine 9 members of the Northern Blair Authority consist of three 3 members from Tyrone appointed by Borough and three 3 members from Antis and Snyder Townships appointed by the Supervisors of those The relationship between Northern Blair and the Tyrone Authority and the Tyrone Borough is governed by Agreement referred to as the Joint Sewer Services Agreement entered into and signed by all parties on
