harassment suit Former Tonganoxie school district required to work with mediator BY LISA SCHELLER A sexual discrimination lawsuit against the Tonganoxie school district is scheduled to go to trial in federal court in Kansas The case will be heard by Chief Judge John The filed in May by the former students father on the youths alleges the school district took no action to prevent sexual harassment
