are under taking the purchase arid rin of the former BSI building at Second Street and Central Avenue i Weeks and Leonard Ferreira have formed Womens Health Associates of Titusville which will provide comprehensive womens health care or as Ferreira described it shop ping The former BSI building has about 7500 square feet 5000 of which will be used by Womens Health Associates The remaining section of the building not used by Womens Associates will be rented at a later date In addition to the physi cians the staff will include six fulltime employees four of whom are nurses and two parttime nurses Also on the team is a certified nurse mid wife Work already has begun on renovating the building and work is expected to be com plete by April Facade im will be made to the outside of the Filed A Cherrytree Township resi dent has been cited with three animal cruelty charges Bruce Dillemuth of Titusville RD 3 faces charges for allegedly neglecting three horses on property west of Titusville along Route 27 Rebecca McDonald animal cruelty officer filed the com plaints Mrs McDonald and a teer went to prop erty Jan 2 to investigate a com plaint Mrs McDonald does hot release the names of persons fil ing such complaints Three quarter horses all mares were removed from the Dillemuth property and taken for temporary shelter at a vol property One horse died that night while another is very weak Mrs McDonald said She said the third horse was suffering from a foot injury Mrs McDonald said the horses had teen eating mud The charges against Dille muth were filed in the
