elegant class are untouched and may now be regarded as sife from injury For miles and miles in every direction the sidewalks cant lots and fronts of dwellings are filled with people who have escaped these burning dwellings taking with them only a very amount oi furniture and clothing The sight is truly pitiful and harrowing They must receive im- mediate relief or many from exposure and starvation
