by the municipality for the next two months was enacted by city council in special session Monday As framed at a committee meet ing last the creates a city relief provides for appointment of six employes and fixes their rates of In accordance with the recent relief act of the state Safety Director Alfred Freeman t is named head of the relief bureau in the city relief act and holds the
