a second ballot which resulted as follows A Vander Meide three votes William Dealy one vote F G McClure one Vander Meide having received a majority of the ballots was declared duly elected The minutes had on the last day of the regular November session were read and on motion approved P appeared with his witnesses aud proved his claim for damages for two sheep killed by dogs The claims filed by J
