Smoot of the senate finance committee placed customs receipts under the committee revised tariff at a decrease of ap proximately under estl mated revenues from the house rates but an increase of about over existing collections N The Utah senator estimated re under the house measure at and those under the ex isting Of 431 changes In house levies ap proved by the finance committee Re publicans Smoot
