rates for the year were set by the parish police jury at its regular July It was announced today by Eddie secretary of the The millage rate for general on property inside the corporate limits of the city of Huston was set at two mills and for property outside the city lim its of the rate for general purposes was four A special levy for building and maintenance of roads was set at the rate of five
