the local property taxpayer as pro perty values with a cor responding saving to the state except in districts which already qualify only for the state minimum Taxes levied for school district Capital Reserve Funds rose 84 percent over those of the previous year due to the large increase in assessed valuation plus the fact that more and more districts are levying the full four mills authorized by Bond Re demption Fund taxes rose 5 percent over the previous School district General Fund levies will produce million in tax revenue in these 61 Capital Reserve Fund levies will amount to and Bond
