at 1 percent of Dallas intersections in an effort to catch runners in the act The city hopes the cam eras will force drivers to think twice before running a red light and help cut down on fender benders and parallel impact acci dents Proposals from camera vendors are due to the city by March 10 and the cam eras are expected to be rolling by the end of the summer according to Eliza beth Ramirez assistant Since 2003 a number of neighboring cities have instituted the camera program director of Transportation Operations for the city of Dallas and engineer who is overseeing the project children from sec ond to fifth grade about the visual arts through col ors different line textures shapes and shadows The book also intro duces young readers to famous artists like Frida Kahlo and Henri Matisse This book grabs your imagination the way a Harry Potter book would said Donna Axum Whitworth chairman of the board for the Texas Cultural Trust It walks the student through the story and
