always asserts that every one he sees is drunk assert that the seventy-two sections of land weic granted to the State for any special pose If so and the State should sell and patent them to an individual and then afterwards the State should the funds for other purposes would the title of the purchaser from the fail for this We think not The act of 1855 to which we referred as the law governing university lands in Pierce county and also the remaining unsold portion of the acres of school lands is all in- cluded in chapter 21 of the Central acts of the Legislature of for the year
