Cincinnati The Farson Son concern of New York City entered an injunction against the delivering of the bonds to the Cincinnati concern holding that the Field Richards Co did not have the lowest bid The case remained in court until March when it was dismissed and the New York firm withdrew the case and paid the costs Then Field Richards Co refused to take the bonds because of the conditions which had changed in the bond markets At a private sale the bonds were sold to Weil Roth Co and Friday the check was received by the city auditor and the bonds turned over to the successful bidder This
