Much more than Another picture page 15 Trabold Owner to rebuild The Springs Restaurant NEW owner Edmond Grosso says he hopes to build a bigger and better place from the ruins of The Springs Restaurant destroyed by fire Mr Grosso spoke optimistically today that he would be able to reopen his doors by next July He gave no estimate on the amount of property damage incurred in the fire yesterday but indicated it was much more lhan one report of worth New Ashford fire chief Douglas George said a state fire in- the structure today was unable lo determine a cause of the fire I would say the building
