not be ready for its planned presentation to the county commissioners on April 17 Dr John L Carnochan super- intendent of schools informed Uie Frederick County Board of Education Wednesday at its monthly meeting in the board of education offices the budget will not be ready for the posed meeting The budget which appears to be shaping up as one of the most expensive ever assembled is in part delayed by the impasse developed between the Frederick County Teachers Association and school board teams on Uic teachers contract for the coming year The negotiations broke down last Monday section
