Text of Its Report to the Back The grand Jury which was discharged yesterday submitted the following re- To the Honorable the Judges of the Circuit Court for Frederick Having considered and disposed of all business brought to our attention we beg leave to submit the following We have been in session thirteen during which time 138 cases were ered 87 presentments found and 51 cases dismissed The number of witnesses ex- was 312 In compliance with the law we visited the county jail and found that in- in a condition which reflects much credit upon Sheriff Gaver and hia subordinates We went to
