283 NBISD bond package passes Voters give approval to bond plan by two to one margin By CRAIG HAMMETT Staff Writer Voters by a 2 to 1 margin approved a mil lion bond package for the New Braunfels Inde pendent School District Saturday Proposition One 882 to 389 and Proposition School officials said the 6939 approval per centage for Prop 1 and the on Prop 2 were just slightly above the from the last bond election passed in 1990 Bom tions passed in each of the five districts and absentee totals This election dealt with tiie largest total in dis history according to Superintendent Charles Bradberry
