and children who are the men and women of to revere her memory I Here she adopted her niece Hattie now Mrs Lou Miller who has been such a comfort to her in her last days She was lelt a widow in j performed last Sunday at an Episcopal church in San Francisco near the business location of Dr in the Mission The young couple were attended by Mrs Harry Crocker an aunt of the bride and Tom a friend of Hie groom Following the ceremony the bridal party went by auto to a down town cafe where a wedding dinner served and at 4 p m Dr and Mrs took the train for San Jose and other points in the Santa Clara valley for a brief wedding trip They will settle permanently in San cisco where Dr by his own efforts lias built up a splendid dental practice his woik now requiring the services of an assistant Miss Page is the only daughter of Mr and Mrs 1 R Paye of this ty is a niece of Mrs Geo E and related by marriage to Miss nie Gray and Mrs T C Atwood is the second son of R of this city and a young man of sterling traits of acter who has graduated from the San Francisco Dental College with high honors and has a tine business career before him Miss Page is an attractive as well as a capable young woman and hosts of friends here will wish them a long and happy married life the Democrat joining in the eral chorus of good wishes Miss Pearl Myers Showered The Tuesday Club met at the home of Miss Jessie Hlair this week where a miscellaneous shower was tendered Miss Myers whose engagement to John Tinney was recently ed After a time spent socially with thimble and needle adjournment was made to where covers were laid for nine at a table on which the decorations were appropriate to the Hallowe'en being decorated in water colors with owls pumpkins and black cats The simulated a large yellow
