decision written by ident Judge Charles G Sweet and concurred to by Judges Richard DiSalle and Thomas the court ruled that a civil suit in filed by three Charleroi Area residents failed to show cause why committee meetings should be opened to the public The suit by Frank Paterra and Thomas both of North and Anthony McGrew of charged the school board with violation of the new Public Meeting Law also called the Sunshine because t h e board did not open a whole meeting last Sept 18 to the public The represented in court by Atty Thomas J of sought an injunction against the board to prevent it
