Missouri to the City in Kan County is as follows now the Chicago Hurl ington Railroad Company and Uys Us application to this Commission for a certificate authorising it to ex tend Us line of railroad from Monroe City in Monroe County Missouri to tho city of in Randolph Coun ty Missouri and for that purpose a logos L That it to construct single track railroad with passing tracks switches and tormina facilities leaving its present line of railroad at a point mik west of its present station in the town of Monroe City Monroe County Mis souri and running in a southwesterly direction through said county of Mon roe and through the town of Madison jn County Missouri and through the County of Randolph and through to said city of and terminating at a throo said city of ly which latter point for present bo called Said railroad will he constructed with heavy steel rails upon wooden tier upon earth by means of such cuts and 111 Is as that the maximum against will petitioner proposes to voluntarily sep arate the grade thereof by the con struction of its railroad either over 01 under said public highways The re mainder of said crossings this petition er proposes to make at grade but it also intends to propose to the courts of Randolph coun ties certain changes in location of pub lic highways for the pf and undesirable crossings so that it cannot at this time Hie a full complete or final plans for the crossings of said Section seven of the application tells where the road will cross the Missouri Kansas Texas and the tracks and reads as follows Mst In the eastern part of said
