February 14 1963 SEVEN CENTS KENNEDY TELLS Our youth deserve a better break WASHINGTON Kennedy wrapped together in a single unprecedented package day all bis proposals to aid the nation's youth He sent it to gress with word that our youth deserve and require a better chance We must afford them op- to develop and use their Kennedy said If we serve them better now they will serve their nation
