Kerrville Funeral Chapel with Mr Robert Tewksbury officiating Addi tional services were held at the Lucas Funeral Home in Grapevine Texas with Masonic Graveside Services at Grapevine Cemetery Brown passed away June 16 at his residence Brown was born February 19 1890 in Jefferson Texas He was a member of the Mother Church The First Church of Christ Scientist Kerrville He was an agent with the Treasury Department and was the oldest living member of the National Treasury Employees Union and was the oldest living graduate of Jefferson High School in Jefferson Texas May 3 1989 has been designated by Proclamation George F Brown Day in Jefferson He was a member of the Scottish Rite in Dallas and was a 50 year member of the Joseph A Kemp masonic lodge 1287 in Wichita Falls He was a Shriner with the Maskat Temple in Wichita Falls as well as a member of the Survivors include daughters Mrs Jeanne Cross of Kerrville Mrs Rose Daisy McDonald of Hot Springs Arkansas and Mrs Ann Miller of San Jose California son Mr George W Brown II of Dallas 11 grand children 16 great grand children 13 great great grandchildren Memorials may be made to the Heart of the Hills Hospice Kerrville Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements Perner Services for Mrs Ernestine Perner age 88 of Kerrville were held June 21 in the Grimes Funeral Chapels with Rev Worth Thompson officiating In terment followed in Nichols Cemetery Perner passed away June 18 in the Edgewater Nur sing Home Pallbearers were Johnny Chuck Stotts Dave Virgin Lonnie Goodman Alto Griffin and Lawrence Segner She was born in Boerne on August 3 1900 She was a member of the Motley Hill Bap tist Church and a life member of the DAV Auxiliary She was a housewife Survivors include daughter Ida Sheffield of Ingram son Herbert Perner of Tow Texas sister Mrs Dora Heinen of Fredericksburg brother Phillip Meckel of Center Point numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren Funeral arrangements under the direction of Grimes Funeral Chapels of Kerrville Storms Services for Mrs Velma E Storms age 85 of Kerrville were held June 21 at the Kerr ville Funeral Home Chapel with Rod Smith officiating Inter ment followed in the Bandera Cemetery Storms passed away June 19 at a local care center She was born October 26 1903 in Throckmorton County She was a member of the Bap tist Church Survivors include daughters Mayce Meadows of Kerrville Anita of San Angelo and Bette Akins of Odessa eight grandchildren seven great grandchildren Kerrville Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements Rogers Services for Stephanie Rogers age
