Statement is The South Hamilton school and community will provide students a safe environment with high educational standards in which students will have the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills to be responsible members of The board has worked on this statement over a period of time and have also set up district and board goals to work towards from this The board also is going to work on some controls that will help organize all the various fund raisers that are conducted by booster clubs and organizations for the school so that there is some coordination on times and items being The board also heard a report on the Renaissance Movement in Education meeting attended by Superintendent Richard Textor and High School Principal Steve This program recognizes students for positives in academics and It also helps in building teacher recognition and is a morale bunder within the Steve Vocational Agriculture instructor and Gary Industrial Technology instructor were present at the meeting and gave the board a tour of their classrooms and work shops and an overview of the curriculum that they The board will be meeting an extra meeting per month during the winter months and will
