IR Slate Bureau Tom Judge citing the need for experience during the legislative session plans to keep many of Gov Forrest H An- key people including Anderson's top aide Eul Montana's incoming governor makes it equally clear that he'll be his own man and will retain Anderson appointees only if they prove they can do the job I'm going lo them see if they can function under my Judge told State Bureau somewhat of a surprise because Pettit a political science professor at Montana Stale University and brother-in-law was expected to get the top spot immediately Judge hinted however hat likely would succeed Richards Other slaff members Besides Richards and staff will include Anderson aides Alec Hanson and Mike Fitzgerald and campaign aide Lee J former chairman of the Manpower Advisory Council the computer age with the activation of a sophisticated system designed to eliminate legislative paperwork and re- duce drafting time The system goes by the name of ALTER that stands for Auto- mated
