That every person who shall use a hand organ or any instrument of an annoying acter or other music of itinerant ers in any street lane alloy or other public place within said city upon con- thereof of Fort Wayne That every person bringing wood or straw on a wagon cart or sled within saH city for the purpose of selling satna in shall occupy the space on Court street between Main and Hurry for thu intoxication or drunkenness in his or her house or on his or her ises the license of such person shall be thereby forfeited and annulled and no new license shall be granted such son for the space of Common Council of the city of Fort Wayne That the common council an- hereby em- powered and have lull to con- tract with the Fort Wayne Gas Company for lighting of said city any part thereof with gas on such terms as may be agreed upon by the council and said gas company and that all necessary ex- pense therefor be paid by appropriation from thu general fund in the city treasury Sec 2 Any person who shall iously or injure or destroy any of the lam lampposts or other tures belonging to the apparatus for ing the streets or shall in any way stop or attempt to stop the running and free use of the gas used in lighting said streets or shall cause or permit such gas lo cape or waste shall forfeit and pay to tho city any sum adjudged against him not to exceed fifty dollars for any one Sec 3 Any
