Watkins and H C Morgan for the state Defendant waived examination and was placed under bond for his appearance in cuit court Then Marshal McCarty served a warrant on Key charging him with forging the of Noah Fisher and John Leedy to a note ing for This note was also held by the Capital National hank as collateral and was not ascertained to he a forgery until after the arrival in the city of citizens of Andrews who reached here on the train Examination WAS also waived in this case and Key was placed un- bond making in the two eases He not furnish a bond and went to jail Many Forgeries Key
