was the opinion of the four big brotherhood chiefs and the dent of the union after n conference this morning at which It was learned they considered all possible phases of the situation as they may be presented at the meet ing this afternoon with the United States railroad labor board The five presidents were In con ference two hours hnd adjourned shortly after noon ready to present a United front
