injured while taking Carty Mccarty's large safe upstairs to their new office in the W G Henry building The rope broke and he was struck in the jaw by a crowbar or the block to which the rope was attached The lower jaw is badly broken and several of bis front teeth are loose condition was so serious that lie was taken to the Park hospital at Mason City where he is undergoing treatment Dr Starr
