one eial three Judges These Judges will be elected this Fall lor terms of four expiring on the first of 1891 There is a clause in the Constitution which hibits tie reduction of any Judicial District during tho term of the hence the Legislature can do nothing to take effect before 1891 The situation however can be changed in two by the adoption of the Con- Amendment passed by the last Legislature which reorganizes the entire Judiciary the State If the rust Legislature indorses the amendment it will be submitted to the people in 1888 and if confirmed by them it will become a part of the tal law That 11 the speediest and most direct method of relieving the people of the State rom the burden imposed upon them by the new law The legislative nominees of both parties should be pledged to vote for
