close members of his family mourned his infant son at a Mass of the Angels today in the residence of Richard Cardinal Gushing The Chief Executive headed th family group which arrived b helicopter from Hyannis Pori Mrs Kennedy was unable tc come The mourners went into the cardinals residence anc to his private chapel for the serv ices The cardinal himself cele the Mass The services were conducted in ic presidential nomination diec this morning of a heart ailment at Bethesda Naval Hospital The 60year old Kefauver whose coonskin cap and ready handshake were trademarks was taken to the hospital Friday suf ering from what doctors diag nosed as a mild heart attack An aide said Kefauver died this morning at am The cause of death he said was a rupture of the main blood vessel from the heart The rangy softspoken rt became a national figure when television brought his face into millions of homes during the crime hearings in 1950 He failed twice to win the pres nomination Once in 1952 and again tion Co of Sligo was accepted a a meeting of Rimersburg Bor ough Council The bid was for resurfacing and widening Baker Street the most direct acces to the high school as well as Davi Cookie Co plant Drainage is expected to cos and the resurfacing anc widening Council also approved the pur chase of three new fire extinguishers for the Com munity Building This decision was made on recommendation of Ar thur L James insurance broker who told the members that these additional extinguishers were needed to qualify for the best in coverage The First Seneca Bank Trust Co was again authorized to act as the collecting agent for bor ough water for the coming year Approval was given to the erec tion of no parking signs at the intersection of Cherry Run Law sonham and Main Streets to pre vent motorists impression they said that the companys plans called for a coal tipple and that borough roads would be used for hauling of the coal to the tipple from the company site in Rayburn Township The borough will not have to bear any expense of the project since no borough road will be used Also company officials as sured solons that there will be no dust resulting from the companys operations at the siding since the coal will already have been clean ed No refuse piles will result Company plans call for trucks not exceeding 10ton capacity to haul coal from the mine on Route 66 in Rayburn Township by means of a public highway to Oak Ave nue from there to Johnston Ave nue from Johnston to a road on the property of Howe Sound Co which will lead to the siding Route 66 Oak and Johnston Ave nues are roads Howe Sound has given the coal company access to the pro posed ramps and docks and the coal company must construct and maintain the road The Pennsylvania Railroad has al ready leased the siding police he was arguing with his wife outside their row home and that she went inside and poured an ble substance on her clothes He said she came outside and dared me to light her Police said Peterson
