of 26 runaway and homeless youth programs in the state Saturday Special Many of todays youth are deal ing with feelings of being hurt anger loneliness frustration no one to talk to kicked out with no HRC Mental Health Center to go family problems and contemplating running away These teens may turn to the streets as a way of dealing with their problems Project Reach Out allows for another route
