Tuscarawas rivers had not been broken aa first feared but that a large tity of sediment had been sucked Into the well and then into the pipe with the result that a hollow space had been made outside the walls of the well A cave-in finally occurred the effect of which was to force a great amount of dirt and under the walls of the well and into its contents from which the city's water supply is
