collection of fines following a Supreme Court ruling Tuesday that a man cannot be im prisoned because he is too poor to pay his traffic I dont know yet what it will I will have to do some research on ruling and see what can be Chief Hightower He said a first step will be to confer with City Attorney Don about the Supreme Court ruling and see if the citys legal advisor can draft a form to ne signed
