SECTIONS Claim Shooting Of About 80 people met in the auditorium of Von Humboldt School Wednesday night to hear a report concerning the shooting of Pedro Medina a student at Tuley High by a plainclothes Frank of the 13th district The public hearing of the report was called by the Concerned Citizens of East Humboldt who formed a Citizens Board of Inquiry to investigate facts surrounding possession of a dangerous weapon He will go to trial Dec 18 The committee mended that all charges against Medina be and that the three detectives be charged with criminal action The committee further asked that officer DeMarco be suspended during the period of the police be transferred out of the 13th and that he psychiatric evaluation to determine his fitness to be a police 6 A Clear In these
