ing Marven and Diana Smith of Clearfield have been so inspired by the Pay It Forward movement that they decided to organize a local initiative that will benefit wounded soldiers and their This program is about doing something special and then asking someone to pay it where they would do something special instead of just paying it Our goal is to have this movement grow and continue Smith The Smiths
