in Court Room No 2 before Judge yesterday afternoon It had been testified that a hat which was identified by witnesses yesterday was found in one of the cars that robbed und that a knife iden as the property of Locke was lound in tho other car Waller Dll an officer of the company also testified that he saw Locke running away from the car which was robbed on August 13 Locke denied he had robbed
