Any soil found to be contaminated is hauled to a location at the waste disposal grounds to be aired out. The gas station/ garage has not been in operation for several years. A& J Pumps of Brandon, as well as Manitoba Conservation, supervised and controlled the project. Robinson Backhoe Service, along with RM employees, conducted the actual dig and refill process.
