price administration to make most beef grades point free next month The OPA it was understood objected to Jones action and an OPA spokesman said it was understood by OPA that the tive date of the directive would be postponed Jones in an unprecedented tion issued a directive to OPA Monday after discussions between the two agencies had reached an impasse last week Under normal conditions Jones
