Dead is Gary Alber 28 owner of Papa John's Pawn Shop 206 Central SE Police Sgt Richard Farns said Mr Alber was shot in the back apparently with a 22 caliber weapon Sgt Farris said Alber was shot down on the sidewalk outside the shop He said the shot apparently was fired by an occupant of a car parked at the curb Sgt Farris said that the assailants apparently had just been in the store trying to
