defendants in the Hawaii nist conspiracy case will begin serving prison terms July 24 unless the Ninth U S Court of Appeals intervenes Hall and five defendants day were sentenced by Federal Judge Jon Wiig to serve maximum terms of five years each They were fined the maximum provided by the Smith Act Convicted June 19 The seventh defendant Mrs leen Fujimoto was sentenced to three years and fined
